For the woman whose labs keep coming back fine

Every office scored your blood.
Nobody ever scored
your 3am.

Exhaustion. Night sweats. Wide awake at 3:07am. Start putting a number on how you actually feel.

If this sounds familiar

“If everything is fine, why do I feel like I’m disappearing?”

You know the moment. The portal opens, the results load, and every line sits inside its range. A flicker of relief, then something heavier.

You’ve had the labs. Tried the prescriptions. Explained yourself again. Somewhere along the way, you started to wonder if the problem was you.

How you feel deserves to be written down, too.

A second instrument

Bloodwork matters. So does the life you’re living.

A lab value gives you one kind of information. A record of your nights, your energy and your daily life gives you another. Bring both into the conversation.

Your bloodwork

What was measured
on one morning.

Useful information about the markers in your blood at the time it was drawn.

Your symptom record

What you’ve been living
for the last two weeks.

Your broken nights. The afternoon wall. The words you lose mid-sentence. Counted, so you can discuss them.

The Health Institute · Dr. Josh Axe

Care that makes room for how you feel.

Dr. Josh Axe is a certified doctor of natural medicine and clinical nutritionist, and founder of The Health Institute and DrAxe.com.

Inside the Cellular Health Regenerator, a formal Nutri-Q symptom burden assessment helps track how you feel alongside bloodwork. These free tools are a starting point for that conversation, not the Nutri-Q itself.

One-on-one support from Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioners under Dr. Axe’s oversight, with Dr. Will Cole on the team.

Between flares

A better week doesn’t have to erase a hard one.

Feeling a little better this week? This is the week to start writing it down. The Between-Flare Log keeps fourteen nights of your own record together.

A few honest answers

Before you begin.

Is this another quiz that tells me to eat better?

No. The 3am Score counts what you live with across six areas: sleep, energy, mind and mood, body and weight, heat and hormonal signals, and daily life. It gives you a number, not a diet.

My labs really are normal. Why would this help?

Bloodwork and a symptom record offer different information. Your score records the last 14 days of how you feel, so you have something concrete to discuss alongside your lab results.

Is the 3am Score a diagnosis?

No. It is an educational self-assessment, not the Nutri-Q assessment used inside the program. Its result bands are descriptive and are not clinically validated.

Will you tell me to stop my medication?

No. Keep taking medication as prescribed and bring questions to your prescribing clinician.

I’m feeling better this week. Should I wait?

Start now. Between flares, it can be easy to forget the harder days. Take the score or start the Between-Flare Log so your record remembers.

Who are the people I’d be working with?

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioners trained and certified under Dr. Josh Axe’s oversight, with Dr. Will Cole on the team.
